• We build on Squarespace — so that your site is easy to operate and edit. You’ll have full access to your site before it’s live. There’s almost no code, so you won’t need an IT degree to edit your website—phew!

Step 2: Build your website

• Once you’ve signed your Proposal online and made payment — the clock starts! We'll work designing and building your new website.

• We’ll have a final concept back to you for comments within 7 business days.

Step 3: Launch your site

• Once you’ve made any revisions and ready to proceed, we'll help you 'Go-live' with your new site and share it with the world.

That’s it! In a nutshell. Our team will be with you at every step offering support, guidance and updates on the progress of your website.

Go-Live refers to taking your website from draft mode to online.

This involves connecting your domain name to the website, running through an SEO checklist, and getting other technical matters in place - ready to make your site public.

We aim to have your site ready within a week of starting.

You own (and are responsible for) your website and its contents—at all times.

Your website will be hosted and managed by a third-party platform called Squarespace.

We build on Squarespace for its modern features, speed and ease of use.

Once your website is live, we’ll provide you with a login to co-manage your site.

You can add your own billing details (to renew your site hosting), as well as make updates yourself to the site design or content.

Our team can build Shopify stores, however, we often will connect you with our trusted partners who specialise in E-commerce sites.

The reason? We want to stay focused on helping service-based small businesses.

Your website is managed on the Squarespace platform.

We will have provided you admin access to your site at launch. This is where you can manage your website, including renewing your monthly or annual subscription to Squarespace.

Your LeaderWeb+ support plan should renew automatically, however, you can send us a message at hello@leaderweb.com.au if you need to change or cancel your plan.
